The January BroHut3 Incident occurred sometime around January 20th, 2024. While little is known of what took place this day, several reports state a multitude of Monsters, and later Giants, emanating from the basement of a wooden house in BroHut3. After rumors would spread about this incident, AlphaPlace owner Windows7Ultimate would make a statement downplaying the incident:
Hey everyone, Windows7Ultimate here. I've been hearing some talk about supposed 'monsters' around Brohut3, but let's not get carried away. It's easy for stories to get out of hand on a server like this. Whatever people think they saw, it's probably just a misunderstanding or someone playing around. Brohut3 is fine, and there's really nothing unusual going on. Let's stay focused on the fun and keep building together!
Footage Recovered
After hearing this statement, most players assumed that the incident was probably just a misunderstanding or someone playing around, however, other players saw this statement as an attempt to hide the existence of the monsters. These anonymous players would dig deeper, and later uncover video footage of the attack. The video was spread around the AlphaPlace Discord, and would later be posted on the AlphaPlace YouTube channel by an unknown actor.
In the footage, a player can be seen running from Monsters and Giants, while a multitude of other players attempt to survive. The player would die multiple times, though their bed would respawn them back in BroHut3. The footage shows that the attack lasted multiple ingame days, though the exact length of the incident is unknown. To this day, the player's true identity is unknown, and may never be revealed.
