A list of frequently asked questions. Any channels mentioned will be in the the Discord server.

Q1: "How do I get ranks?"
A:

• Staff ranks (Helper/Moderator/Admin) can be obtained by applying for staff, though applications are closed for the time being.
• Veteran rank can be obtained after 3 years from your join date.
• VIP(+) can be obtained by donating.

Q2: "Why can't I place/pickup lava/water?"
A: You get the ability to pickup and place lava/water after playing for a good amount of time.

Q3: "I found a grief/I got griefed! What do I do?"
A: Report the grief in #support-and-grief-report and read the pinned messages.

Q4: "What are the server rules?"
A: See this page.

Q5: "Can I have the server files/Can you help me make a server?"
A: Sorry, but we don't help with server creation, so please don't ask.
Google/DuckDuckGo/Bing/Yahoo/FrogFind/Ecosia/SearX(NG)/[insert search engine here] is your friend.

Q6: "How is this server online?"
A: The server runs on offline auth mode, meaning this is a cracked MC server and you can join without owning MC.

Q7: "I'm having a problem that you don't address here."
A: You can ask for help in #support-and-grief-report.

Q8: "I would like some nice mods/texture packs, where can I get them?"
A: #texturepacks-mods.

Q9: "The server is offline! I cannot join!"
A: Please ping/DM  Windows7Ultimate (kero_blaster/888514801356144661) and/or  Noggisoggi (noggisoggi/1014609595450277988) ASAP!

Q10: "Why is the server on beta? I thought this was alpha."

Q11: "How do I see my skin/fix sounds/join the server?"

Q12: "It's saying that I need to be whitelisted (or that my connection was blacklisted). What do I do?"
A:

• If it says your username needs to be whitelisted, see #cracked-user-whitelist and carefully follow the instructions.
• If it says your connection is blacklisted, make a post in #support-and-grief-report with a screenshot of the error message.

Q13: "I changed my username and now I can't access my stuff!"

Q14: "I have been banned/muted! Can I know the reason? and Can I appeal?"

Q15: "I want higher FoV/changed GUI scaling!"

Q16: "The game's colors are inverted (red is blue, blue is red)."
A: If you're on an Apple Silicon Macintosh (M1, M2, etc.) and running macOS, blame Apple for the bug. Here's 2 fixes:

Q17: "What does "wb" mean?"
A: "Welcome back."

Q18: "How do I know when I first joined? (In reference to Q1)"
A:

• In-game: /firstjoin <username> (Date format is DD-MM-YYYY).
  
• Discord: Input <username> has into the search bar in the top right corner (on desktop clients) or by going into #ingame-chat, selecting the channel name on the top and then selecting Search (Mobile clients).
  

Q19: "How do I know my playtime?"
A: Via /playtime. Use /pttop to see the players with the most playtime.
