			In early March, [[User:soos_YT\|soos_YT]] began building the original Soosland in the Minecraft faction [[quitecloth]]. During this early period, he quickly made friends with the active community through the [[AlphaPlace]] [[Discord]]. He collaborated with players from [[Quitecloth]] and [[Brohut]] on many projects. Many of these projects were documented by the player [[User:Mrfofo\|mrfofo]] on his YouTube channel. At that time, [[User:soos_YT\|soos_YT]], like many other players, was interested in increasing the ingame [[Economy]] by using sugar cane or cactus farms to sell these materials. [[User:soos_YT\|soos_YT]] often helped build these farms, mainly by clearing chunks. This source of income made it easier to expand Soosland without having to manually farm wood constantly.

			In addition to his building projects, [[User:soos_YT\|soos_YT]] participated in various community events. His first event was the Vanilla Map, which aimed to recreate the vanilla Minecraft experience within AlphaPlace. This event featured a warp where players could play with a separate inventory and map. During this time, [[User:soos_YT\|soos_YT]] met many players, including [[User:Mrfofo\|Mrfofo]]. [[User:soos_YT\|soos_YT]] also took part in the Drop Event of 2021, where players competed to get rare items.
